We provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families experiencing trauma and complex situations. Our approach is formulation-driven, collaborative, and tailored to the person and their context.
Where appropriate, we can provide reports arising from therapy, including for third parties, tribunals, and courts. Please let us know at intake if this may be relevant.
We are a trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming practice.

We use evidence-based treatments tailored to your presentation and planned with you in your first appointment.
We work with people of all ages — individuals, couples, and families — and can collaborate with your legal or medical team when needed.
We frequently work within complex legal and family systems, including matters before courts and tribunals.
We do provide reports for legal matters. See here for further information.
Sessions are available in person at our Coburg clinic, via telehealth, or a combination of both.
Each session typically runs for 50 minutes.
Our fees are set lower than the APS and AAPi recommended rate of $330 per session (2025/26). Currently, we have set this rate at $300. We offer bulk billing in limited circumstances — for existing clients requiring enhanced support where the cost of treatment would otherwise be prohibitive. You do not need a GP referral to see a psychologist. However, a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP will allow you to access Medicare rebates of $145.25 per session (2025/26).
Most clients are eligible for up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. This lowers the cost of treatment to around $155 per session.
We also accept other forms of funding, including:
It typically takes two to three weeks from first contact to first appointment.
