Tall Tree Psychology

Helping you make sense of complex situations

Our Work

Our work focuses on trauma, complex situations, and cases at the intersection of clinical, legal, and organisational systems. We are often engaged where there are multiple perspectives, competing accounts, or significant decisions to be made, and where clear, well-reasoned input is required. We also support people working within these systems, helping them navigate the demands and complexity of their roles.

Our team is led by Dr Michelle Noon, criminologist and clinical psychologist, with 20 years of experience working at the intersection of clinical, legal, and organisational systems.

Whilst we have supported individuals, courts, tribunals, authorities, and organisations for over a decade, our work has primarily been word-of-mouth. In 2026, we launched this website to provide more information about our work.
